Be Wowed By The Natural Bridge Caverns
The Natural Bridge Caverns are the largest caves in America; they feature several unique speleothems and other mind-boggling geological formations. There are a range of tours you can take to explore the caverns, see incredible sights and take pictures. There’s more to do while you’re there too, including explore a maze and witness another natural wonder- the bracken bat flight. You can also hunt for gems and fossils, an activity suitable for young and old alike.
Visit Big Bend National Park
For the most stunning landscape and views, and a chance to get outdoors and enjoy nature- a trip to Big Bend National Park is a must. You can explore Big Bend hiking trails, go on river trips, go bird watching and ride horses during the day. At night you can enjoy stargazing, and camping under the stars. At one time the park was a remote and seemingly inhospitable area which you could only reach by miles of dirt roads. However today, it’s one of the most popular vacation destinations in Texas. Roughly three hundred thousand visitors come to marvel at its beauty each year.
